My Role

I supervised the animation process with the animator, ensuring the visuals fit accurately to the measured dimensions. I also managed the projection mapping — including installation, alignment, and on-site completion — to maintain precision across both sides of the gate.

Creative Process

The animation was crafted to enhance the architectural features of Khyber Gate while maintaining smooth transitions and vibrant energy. Every element was aligned carefully to preserve symmetry and ensure a flawless projection outcome.
